NBC is always looking to identify highly qualified candidates for all age groups that are coachable, confident, hard working, and love to have fun learning and playing baseball that come from value-based, outgoing, kind, enthusiastic and supportive families.

Nassau Baseball teams are expected to conduct themselves in a first-class manner, both on and off of the field. Our organization will continually stress good character, sportsmanship and the importance of respecting the game. The NBC organization wants players that have the desire to compete with the best against the best.
