The mission of Nassau Baseball Club is to teach the integrity of the game of baseball, build character of its players, coaches and all others associated with the NBC program. All while improving the requisite skills necessary in developing a better baseball player. The NBC program provides a positive learning atmosphere, competition and a fun opportunity to play and watch baseball for families and friends of the Nassau Baseball Club program.

Winning is important, but only in the context of individual and team development.
